LOG A RETURN / EXCHANGE
If you have received your order and would like to request an exchange we will happily help you out.
There are a few guidelines to follow before we do so.
Exchanges will only be performed within 7 days of order received – no exceptions.
No refunds will be given, you will either be able to exchange your item for another or you will receive a gift card.
To log a return/exchange you will need to send us an email to monique@monbon.co.za with the following information
- Name & contact details
- Reason for return
- Your invoice or proof of payment and your order number
We will then process the return/exchange once we have received your information, providing that it is eligible and follows the guidelines and instructions of the ‘Returns Policy’
Exchange costs and courier fees will be covered by the customer and not MonBon
If you have made payment via Payfast you will only receive the exchange value which has been paid to Monbon by payfast which is 4,3% less than total garment price
